Defining Wellness Centers - Inpatient Drug & Alcohol Rehab

If I could give more than five stars I would. This is the third rehab facility my child has been to and by a far the best experience. The staff truly cares and Hop (counselor) made a big impact on my child. The grounds are serene and inviting. With the consent of your loved one, the staff keeps you informed. They also work hard on making sure your loved one has an aftercare plan. I would highly recommend this facility.

Define wellness is top-of-the-line it comes to a rehab center. They don't just help you overcome addiction help you get your life back. 20x now. This has been by far one of the best experiences. They don't take the old 12-step program, they combine the holistic approach as well. All the staff are amazing from the therapist down to the housekeeping. They don't skim the surface when asking you about you so and what's going on. They didn't challenge you so that way we're together and you can come up with solutions and coping skills. The day-to-day activity she's not your usual boring lectures and groups. They do things to challenge your creativity and mind. They have an adventure lab that has been surprisingly one of my biggest learning experiences and favorites. it teaches you to tackle life not alone but as a team, and to ask for help. The Spiritual wellness lab has been amazing too. It has sound and vibrations chairs to help you with stress and eclipse on your earlobes to help with insomnia depression and anxiety as or even a red light therapy to help feel rejuvenated and heal your body. As miss Beth plays the Crystal singing bowls.Interactions with staff and peers has been positive and uplifting. From the group's to even just hanging out doing free time with peers. Is top-of-the-line three meals a day prepared by a gourmet chef. Medical staffing is on point. Which made detox Comfortable and manageable.they help Get your medicine right. So you don't just get help with addiction, you get help with your mind body and soul. You get help with life. Thank you Defining Wellness centers for giving me my life back.

I am beyond grateful for my care at Defining Wellness, it was actually hard to leave. Therapy there digs deep into your past trauma to help you heal. They don’t just focus on issues with drugs/alcohol. Almost everyone there including the CEO has had their own issues, so everyone is incredibly welcoming and relatable. GO. If you are reading this, just GO, don’t prolong feeling great again.

I went to Defining Wellness terrified and way sicker than I realized and definitely not expecting rehab to help me. All of the staff, from the therapist to the workers in the kitchen, were so kind and truly do make an impact on the clients. They helped me obtain a life that I didn't know was possible. I can never thank them enough.
